How do you guys ship plecos?
We ship our plecos with extra thick plastic bags. This will ensure their sharp armor (skin) will not be able to break through our shipping bag. They are shipped in insulated shipping boxes with free heatpack (winter) or icepack (summer) included.
Are plecos good aquarium fish?
Yes. Plecos are peaceful bottom-dwelling fish that do well in stable aquariums. Many species, especially bristlenose plecos, stay small and are suitable for home tanks.
How big do plecos get?
It depends on the species. Bristlenose plecos usually grow to about 4–5 inches, while some other pleco species can grow much larger. Size details are listed on each product page.
